Key Symptoms: Persistent joint pain and swelling in the right hip Muscle weakness around the affected hip, making movement difficult Stiffness in the right hip, especially after periods of inactivity Reduced range of motion in the right hip joint Fatigue and general feelings of malaise Possible low-grade fever associated with inflammation Tenderness when touching the affected muscles and joint area
