Potential involvement of other organs leading to systemic symptoms.

Diagnosis Path: Detailed occupational and environmental history to identify possible exposure sources. Physical examination focusing on respiratory and skin health. Chest X-rays or other imaging modalities to evaluate lung involvement. Blood and urine tests to detect beryllium levels. Beryllium lymphocyte proliferation test (BeLPT), which assesses immune response to beryllium and helps confirm sensitization or ongoing hypersensitivity.
