Key Symptoms: Often asymptomatic, especially when small Chest discomfort or pain if the tumor presses on surrounding tissues Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing in larger tumors Persistent cough or wheezing in some cases Coughing up blood if the tumor affects blood vessels or causes irritation

Diagnosis Path: Diagnosis typically involves imaging studies to identify and evaluate the growths, including: - Chest X-rays, which can reveal abnormal masses or shadows - Computed tomography (CT) scans for detailed images of the chest organs - Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in some cases, for better tissue differentiation In some situations, a biopsy may be performed to confirm the benign nature of the tumor. Laboratory tests are usually not necessary unless to rule out other conditions.
