Key Symptoms: Pelvic pain or discomfort Unusual vaginal bleeding or spotting Pelvic or abdominal swelling or mass sensation Pain during intercourse Unexplained weight loss Fatigue or general weakness Urinary or bowel disturbances if the tumor presses on adjacent organs

Diagnosis Path: Pelvic examination to detect any abnormal masses or tenderness Imaging studies such as ultrasound, CT scan, or MRI to visualize the tumor and assess its extent Biopsy procedures, including needle biopsy or surgical excision, to obtain tissue samples for pathological examination Blood tests to evaluate overall health and detect tumor markers if applicable Staging tests to determine the extent of spread, which may include additional imaging or surgical evaluation
