Key Symptoms: Pain or tenderness in affected areas (such as the chest, limbs, or back) Bruising or swelling at the injury sites Difficulty moving or limited range of motion Dizziness or headache, which may indicate head trauma Nausea or vomiting following the accident Unconsciousness or fainting in severe cases Cuts or lacerations from broken glass or vehicle debris Shortness of breath if chest injuries are involved Signs of shock, including pale, clammy skin or rapid heartbeat

Diagnosis Path: • Physical examination to assess pain, swelling, and visible injuries • Imaging studies such as X-rays to detect fractures, dislocations, or internal injuries • CT scans or MRIs for detailed visualization of head, spinal, or internal trauma • Assessment of neurological status to identify potential brain injuries • Monitoring vital signs to evaluate for shock or other complications
