Key Symptoms: Hard, painless, or tender lumps under the skin Nodules usually develop gradually over weeks or months Size can range from small pea-sized to larger masses Occasional redness or swelling if the nodule becomes inflamed or ulcerates Possible discomfort when pressure is applied to the affected area, especially over prominent points like the elbows
