Diagnosis Path: Review of the patient's medical history, including recent medication use and possible exposure to harmful agents. Physical examination focusing on cardiovascular signs. Laboratory tests such as blood work to identify toxins or drug levels. Electrocardiogram (ECG) to detect arrhythmias or other heart abnormalities.
