Diagnosis Path: a detailed patient history emphasizing recent medication intake, especially overdose attempts, and physical examination focusing on cardiovascular and neurological signs. Laboratory tests such as blood tests to measure drug levels, blood pressure monitoring, and electrocardiograms (ECGs) are crucial. In some cases, additional assessments like toxicology screens are employed to confirm the presence of coronary vasodilators in the bloodstream. Mental health evaluation is also recommended to assess the underlying causes of self-harm behaviors.
